Shipping Policy:

We ship SUPER FAST!! Once your invoice is paid, we will get it packed and ready to ship out for you! Most orders are shipped same or next day. You will receive an email including your tracking number once your items have shipped.

⚠️Website Items Shipped 3rd Party, not currently in stock at our location, from a boutique takeover, from one of our vendors, or the warehouse, will be charged shipping and shipped directly to you. EVEN IF YOU ARE NORMALLY A LOCAL PICK UP.  These items will be shipped directly to you. They are NOT eligible for FREE local pickup. You may choose to have the items shipped for you to our boutique for pick up upon arrival.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via email within 3 days of receipt of item:

Please include your order #, item #,a brief description, and the reason for your return. We do not offer refunds unless an item is deemed defective or damaged.

Account credit or gift cards will be issued.

A credit on your account will be issued if item is received back within 7 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization or after 7 days.

To be eligible for a return/credit, your item must be unused/unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if any, and free from smoke, pet hair, stains, or odors. Please include your packing slip as well.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, depending on condition of the item.

If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and you will receive a notification of your credit. Credits will be issued in Commentsold for keeping track.

If you would like to use your credit towards an purchase, please send email to so we can apply the credit towards your current purchase. Otherwise, you may use your credit to shop in, or on a live sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless item is defective. In that case, we will issue you a shipping reimbursement, a prepaid label, or a credit on your account.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for items lost by the carrier.
